TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This Guarantee Card will no longer be valid if the Purchased product is handled by any unauthorized person.
- Any damage caused due to an accident will not be covered under this guarantee.
- Altering, erasing or use of fluid on the Guarantee Card will not be acceptable.
- CTV Body/Picture tube/cabinet/LCD & LED Panel damaged by the buyer will not be covered under this Guarantee.
- Product damaged due to thunder/ lightning strikes will not be covered under this Guarantee.
- For availing of Guarantee facilities please produce Cash Memo with Guarantee Card to the authorized service centre.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
- (Company may refund the product value in lieu of the product in accordance with the following depreciation rate) if the company is unable to repair the product for any valid reason within the Warranty period: Within 1st Year 25 %, Within 2nd Year 40 %, Within 3rd Year 60 %, Within 4th Year 80 %, Within 5th Year 90 %.

Warranty Period by Product:
Samsung Electronics Co. (hereinafter referred to as •company} guarantees the purchaser that this product carries a warranty as per the following table and will repair free of charge any part(s) if a defect is due to faulty material or workmanship.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase of the product unless specified otherwise.

- Main Motor- 5 Years on universal Motor* & 20 Years on DIT Motor*
- Spare Parts-1 Year, After Sales Service – 1 Year
- Samsung Air Conditioner:
- Compressor – 5 Years on On/Off Compressor* & 10 Years on DIT Compressor*
- Spare Parts-1 Year, After Sales Service – 1 Year
- Samsung Microwave Oven:
- 10 years on Ceramic Enamel Cavity*
- Spare Parts-1 Year, After Sales Service – 1 Year

- Spare Parts & After Sales Service – 1 Year

* In the case of parts warranties, labour cost and gas costs will be chargeable as per the applicable rates
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
- The completed warranty card is not presented to the service engineer at the time of repair being undertaken/requested.
- Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the authorized service centre/company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
- The original warranty card and purchase documents are not produced at the time of service request.
- Any rewriting on the warranty card or invoice copy.
