Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of an order may be impacted by any unforeseeable circumstances or any unavoidable situations nationally or globally which seems beyond the control of electra e-store, electra e-store cannot be held liable for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.
As electra e-store takes care of the disburse of the products you purchase from the electra e-store, the risk of loss or damage of product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification. If there are any issues regarding product delivery, please feel free to contact Electra International contact points to resolve.
Electra International uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order/s gets to you on time delivery. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and estimated delivery date & delivery cost.
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item upon your order, subject to pay an additional amount of calculated charge.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
The cost for delivery is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order with courier delivery cost.
Electra International offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only the customer or the person designated by him/her may pick up the purchased item(s). A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for the pickup. Electra International will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order within 5 days, Electra International may cancel it.
Bangladesh Shipping Only
Products purchased online from electra e-store will only be shipped to addresses in Bangladesh.
N.B: While purchasing products from The electra e-store, this should be noted that payment should be done through Online Payment Gateway/ Payment direct to Showrooms/ payment from home as cash on delivery.
For cash on delivery, 10% advance payment needed to be done through bKash Merchant Account (+8801713 353409) to confirm the order & process the delivery as well.
Besides this, please avoid any payment through personal bKash/Nagad or cash- for this reason Electra International will not be liable any more or for any kind of discrepancy.
